Yes, in cases of legal translation our certification meets the US Department of State requirements. Certification is valid for any legal or other purposes. WHAT TYPE OR SIZE TRANSLATIONS DO YOU HANDLE? We work with any type or size no matter how small or big it is. We have experience in legal, medical, construction, technical, scientific and other fields. We also handle personal translations such as letters, personal correspondence, genealogical records or other. WILL YOU WORK WITH UKRAINIAN OR BYELORUSSIAN? Yes, we work with both Ukrainian and Byelorussia, and Polish. WILL YOU ACCEPT A XEROX/ PHOTO COPY OR FAX? You can send your material by any means available to you, i.e. by mail, fax, e-mail. HOW CAN I ESTIMATE THE TOTAL COST? Please do not hesitate to send your material for a FREE QUOTE. Standard documents (birth certificates, diplomas, transcripts) cost $14.99-19.99 to translate. Longer non-standard documents (such as college transcripts and medical records) are $29.99-$49.99 depending on the size. If the translation needs to be certified and notarized there is $2.00 fee per stamp for the notary's acknowledgment. Any additional copy is $1.50. There is a handling charge of $.50 per document. 7% Sales Tax is only applicable to New York State residents. If you need to translate any other materials our rate is $0.08-0.12 per word. HOW SOON SHALL I EXPECT MY DOCUMENTS TO BE TRANSLATED? Our turnaround time for documents is within 24-48 hours. Please note that Post Office is closed on Sundays. For larger translations we can finish the work with a speed of 2000-3000 word a day. Rush orders have to be discussed on individual basis. Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions or to ask for a quote. CAN YOU SHIP THE TRANSLATION FASTER? We can ship your translation via US Priority Mail at additional $4.60 which will take 2 to 3 business days or we can send it via Overnight Express at $16.25 which will be delivered to your door on the following day. Those are the rates provided by the US Postal Service (effective as of January 7, 2006) and there is no additional surcharge to those rates. HOW CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD? You can give us credit card authorization over the phone using our TOLL-FREE number or you can fax or mail the authorization to us along with the order. For your protection we do not recommend that you disclose your credit card information over e-mail. Yes we do. If you would like to pay using your PayPal account you may do so securely on-line using this form. WHAT DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER? We generally suggest that you print out and use our order guide form that is intended to help you place an order by fax, e-mail, or mail. However, you do not have to use that form. We will need all the relevant payment and contact information, including your phone or e-mail (in case there is a problem) and the preferred spelling of names (the way you would like them to appear in the translation).
